Greg Elhen has been active in the design and construction industry since 1993. Over the years, he has worked with prominent companies including Mirvac, Project Control Group, Buildcorp, and HPA Architects, gaining extensive experience across a wide range of projects. In September 2006, Greg founded his own design and construction company, based in the Norwest Business Park, where he continues to lead innovative and client-focused projects.
II began my career in 1993 working on the design and construction of some of Sydney’s most iconic landmark projects, including the $600 million Walsh Bay redevelopment on Hickson Road. This high-profile project featured a blend of luxury mixed-use residential and commercial high-rise apartments, marinas, heritage bond store refurbishments, and extensive infrastructure works. I was also involved in the delivery of Pfizer’s $45 million head office in North Ryde, along with a range of residential and commercial developments across Sydney, from low-rise to high-rise buildings.
My early experience with tier-one companies and major projects provided me with a strong foundation in design and construction, which ultimately led to the establishment of my own company in September 2006, based in Norwest Business Park. Since then, my firm has successfully designed and delivered numerous residential and commercial projects—each one a source of pride.
My ongoing goal is to continue offering exceptional service, delivering high-quality outcomes, and achieving the best possible design and construction solutions for all clients and stakeholders, regardless of project size.
